Setup of script to verify a process, then start if necessary? I'm trying to make my command line works inPowerShell and as to be a silent install. Any ideas on how I can remove this completely from my system without using the MSI file that originally came with the install? Also, I thought about downloading 6, can I get that from their website or do I have to get that somewhere else? Technically speaking I am 1 of 2 domain admins for this system. Myself, being a consultant hired by the company, and another technical savvy person who's a member of the police department.
Together we run the system. I don't know who setup Adobe 6 previously, because together myself and the other guy replaced someone who retired. We were going through the file server in which we established that Adobe 6 was out of date, and no longer needed to be on the system.
We thought it was strictly there to be installed as we went to each machine, neither of us were aware that it was used to install software out over the network using GPO's. Jump to about 1 month later where my partner decided that he was going to deploy Adobe 8 via GPO.

So far upon further troubleshooting, we established that the reason appears to be that Adobe 8 won't install because Adobe 6 can't uninstall.
